This app is a total rip off. You can post a profile for free but when you want to connect with someone you pay around AU $30 per month. After you make the payment (because suddenly you have 100 people who 'like' you), you do not have access to that feature. Then you get asked to subscribe again. Emails to customer support result in a message that says your payment method failed even though the money has exited your bank account. Further emails to them go unanswered. Reported to regulator and lost (at minimum $30 bucks)
Even worse than the typical online dating site! Obvious scammers with contacts way beyond the area you specify and many photos obviously NOT belonging to the supposed member. Site is difficult to navigate and the fees are ridiculous considering all the above. I'll offer just one word: "DON'T!"

Half the people on there are scammers. You report them and nothing happens. Same ad posted in 21 different towns 1000's km apart. Then you post one legit ad and it gets reported and they delete you.but the scammers ads all still there.

Additionally if they tell what is wrong (which is rare) and you correct it then they may post it. However posting the ad at a later date with all the same text will not get posted and no response from support. Pay for it and it gets posted immediatly.

If you can't resolve with the seller there is not much that you can do. You can file a complaint with the police and they might help you. But I wouldn't bet on it.
